Freight Charges

Estimated freight charges displayed at checkout are a guide only. Our fulfilment team will pick, pack and calculate the actual freight charge applicable to your order based on the weight of the parcel. The invoice supplied will reflect the correct freight fee charged less any eligible Salon Partner Reward discounts.

Re-delivery Surcharge

In the event a parcel cannot be delivered a redelivery fee is payable. To avoid any inconvenience or additional charges, kindly make arrangements for someone to be available to accept delivery, and provide a signature if required. At the time of placing your order you may provide an alternative delivery address or an 'authority to leave'. Ultraderm is not liable for any loss of goods as a result of providing an 'authority to leave'.

Local Order Pickup

We will notify you within 2 business days of placing your online order when your goods are ready for collection from our warehouse. Please note that we are unable to accommodate unscheduled visits for order pickups.

Currency

All transactions made on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
