The online Salon Partner Portal has been updated with several new features and improvements to make ordering easier and more convenient.

What's new

  • New freight charges and shipping options

  • Salon Rewards marketing credits

  • Pay at checkout

  • Updated policies and refund information

New Freight Charges & Shipping Options

The new freight charges announced in the October Update U are now live in the Salon Partner Portal.

Salon Partners can choose their preferred delivery option at checkout:

  • Road Freight

  • Air Freight Express

  • Local Pickup – available to Gold Coast salons located near our warehouse

Free Freight is now automatically applied to qualifying wholesale orders of $2,000 or more.

Salon Rewards Marketing Credits

As part of the Salon Rewards Program, Salon Partners receive a $10 marketing credit for every $500 in wholesale spend across Ultraderm and our partner brands.

Marketing credits can now be redeemed directly through the online Salon Partner Portal.

How to redeem your marketing credits

  1. Shop as usual and add your wholesale products to your cart.

  2. Add your preferred marketing materials from the Marketing Materials collection.

  3. Your eligible marketing credit will be automatically applied in your cart based on your wholesale spend.

  4. The credit is cumulative:

    • $500 wholesale spend = $10 marketing credit

    • $1,000 wholesale spend = $20 marketing credit

    • $1,500 wholesale spend = $30 marketing credit

    • And so on.

Important things to know

  • Marketing credits are calculated on your wholesale spend, excluding marketing materials.

  • Your cart must contain enough eligible marketing materials to use your available credit.

  • If your available credit is $30 but you only purchase $20 of marketing materials, you will receive a $20 discount. The remaining $10 credit cannot be carried over.

  • If your available credit is $20 and you purchase $30 of marketing materials, you will receive the $20 credit and pay the remaining $10.

  • Unused marketing credits are forfeited and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.

Pay at Checkout

The Salon Partner Portal now allows you to pay for your wholesale order at checkout by credit card.

We accept:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

No credit card surcharges apply.

Salon Partners can also continue to pay by bank deposit. Please ensure payment is received within two business days. Orders will be cancelled if payment has not been received within this timeframe.
